Due to the digital nature of our knitting patterns, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed; however, we are happy to offer assistance or exchanges for physical kits within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your physical items are unused, in their original packaging, and that digital patterns have not yet been downloaded from your account dashboard.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to initiate a return or exchange.
Ship Physical Goods
If returning yarn or kits, securely package the items and send them to our processing center using a tracked shipping method of your choice.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for future pattern purchases.
